Somebody was injured in a Northwest Indiana car accident, and the person decided to hire a big box Chicago law firm. The firm sent someone out to sign the car accident victim up, and then a week later they drop the person. Why? Because the insurance company on the other side of the claim is a pain to deal with and the case will most likely require a lawsuit.
This type of claim just doesn't fit into the big box law firm business model. This law firm is known for not filing lawsuits in typical car accident claims so some insurance companies will take this into account with negotiating the claims.
